LATE POLICY: If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, a late fee of $50 will be added to their final balance.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients have up to 48 hours BEFORE their appointment time to reschedule to avoid a rescheduling fee of $45. No refunds on deposits for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment start time.
