LATE FEES: No such thing as being early, you are either on time or late. If you are early, your session will start if there are no other sessions going on at that time. If you are running late, you have a grace period of 5 minutes after your session time starts to be in the studio. If you anticipate that you will be late, please inform the photographer at least 15 minutes before your session. If you do this, when you arrive, you will not be charged a late fee if you finish your shoot within the remaining time of your session. If you fail to notify me you are running late, you will be automatically charged a $50 late fee at the end of the session. If you go over your session time after being late, you will be charged a late fee of $50 as well as an overtime fee of $50 ($100 Total). You will not receive your proofs until the balance is paid.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION: You are able to reschedule once for another date 48 Hours before your session start-time free of cost. If time allows you are able to change the time of your shoot within 24 hours for THE SAME DATE (Recommend Texting as soon as possible). You can not change your shoot date within 24 hours of your session. This will result in either a cancellation or a rescheduling fee equal to the amount of your deposit.

TRAVEL: For on-location shoots, please notify me before booking so I can recommend a time to accommodate for travel time. Travel fees are calculated by double the miles and double the travel time it takes to get to the required location. 

STUDIO: The studio is located in a non-smoking environment. Food and drinks are allowed. There is a $25 fee for any rips to paper backdrops, oil stains from body oils, and food, or drink spills. There is a $50 clean-up fee for any use of glitter or tiny confetti, you can avoid this fee by cleaning up and just letting the photographer know ahead of time to accommodate time for cleaning up. Ensure your shoes are clean before walking onto the backdrops.

TURNAROUND TIME:  There are 3 Rush/Expedited options for those who need Images faster. $200 for same-day delivery. For Same-day, the shoot must be done before 4 PM and Images must be chosen on set to receive them within 18 hours. Packages with Same day will have a “*” beside their name. $100 for Next-Day Delivery. Images must be chosen the night of the shoot to receive them within 48 hours. $50 for 3-day delivery from the shoot time, will receive images within 72 hours. All Expedited options include weekends. The default turnaround time is 5-14 BUSINESS DAYS. If you book a shoot on the weekends the turnaround time starts on the following Monday.
